Treat yourself to a Smoothie Bowl

Taking time to care for yourself isn’t indulgent, it’s necessary. Working hard is important but schedules can be overwhelming. Often being caught up in taking care of everything else can lead to neglecting our own basic needs. Self-care can help you refocus, reduce stress and prevents burnout. 

Self-care can be simple – to start, make eating right a priority (even when you're busy). Remember, quick and simple meals can also be packed with wholesome ingredients. 

Get creative in the kitchen. Even if you’re cooking for one, take time to experiment and try something new or make something pretty to eat. 

Know your body. Sometimes you need to take a break and slow down. Sit down for a moment and really enjoy what you’re eating. 

Treat yourself to a Smoothie Bowl topped with our delicious Lavash Crackers and show yourself some love.

Ingredients:
Apple & Quinoa Lavash Crackers 
1 cup raspberries
1 cup strawberries
1 apple (chopped)
1 banana 
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Instructions: 
1. Blend all ingredients until smooth. Be sure to keep a few fruits to decorate your bowl.
2. Serve smoothie in a bowl.
3. Top with fruits and crushed Apple & Quinoa Lavash Crackers (or Lavash Crackers of your choice)
4. Enjoy!
