Work it!

Life gets busy while balancing family, friends, work and everything else. Finding time to stay active can be tricky, but it’s not impossible. Here are a few tips to sneak a bit of fitness into your routine.

1. First off, start the day with breakfast. Our wholesome Morning Rounds will leave you energized and ready to take on the day.  You’ll also feel less tired and be more likely to workout.

2. Be sure to refuel after your workout. Our OneBun sandwiches are great for sandwiches or avocado toasts.

3. Although some days are definitely busier than others it's important to try to find ways to incorporate fitness into your day. Take a walk during your lunch break, take the stairs more often or do some stretches at your desk.

4. Commit to doing an activity you enjoy. Whether it's dancing, running with a friend or swimming, finding enjoyable ways to stay active will make it seem less like a chore.

Remember, staying active will help you stay focused!
