Instructions


1/ Preheat oven to 350°F.  Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 

2/ Slice each pita in half, so you have two full sized pita facings. Cut each pita into six equal sized wedges.

3/ In a bowl, stir together the granulated sugar and cinnamon.

4/ Brush both sides of each pita wedge with coconut oil.  Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mixture evenly over both sides of the pita wedges, and place on baking sheet in a single layer. Do not overlap.

5/ Bake for 15 minutes, and turn over and bake another 10-15 mins, or until wedges are crisp and to your liking.  Keep an eye on the pitas baking, as thinner sides bake faster.

6/ Let chips cool on a wire rack before serving.
